About TCP Solutions

Originally TCP Solutions was established to provide funding and back office support to start up agencies.

This is still part of our business today however we have expanded into, and are now regarded as, “European service providers”. TCP offers a wide range of services to recruitment agencies that make, or are looking at making, European contractor placements.

Our services are many and encompass employment law (with regard to temporary employment), social security, taxation and all issues linked to compliance.

 

The range of services offered includes:

 

• Administering European payrolls for an agency’s own staff and/or contractors employed by the agency
• Employing contractors on behalf of an agency and running their payrolls
•

Ensuring that contractors are compliant in accordance with “host country” requirements and legislation and as such do not create any liability for the agency’s client or indeed for the agency themselves
• Assisting in setting up European companies e.g. a BV in the Netherlands or a GmbH in Germany
• Direct billing of European clients (TCP Direct), paying to the agency their guaranteed margin at the end of the month following that of billing. This leaves the agency free to concentrate on placements while TCP takes care of all billing and compliance issues.
• Compliance audits are undertaken where an agency wishes to ensure that existing contractors, or contractors they are taking over, are compliant and do not/will not create any liability.
• Assistance in obtaining work permits in The Netherlands
• New country advice – should an agency be looking to develop in Europe or alternatively to diversify into another European country TCP will give advice on how best to operate there and give a full analysis of the country from an employment perspective including potential liability and risk.
• Accompany agency personnel on client visits in order to provide a detailed knowledge and comfort factor on European payrolling and compliancy issues.
• Supply detailed estimates of a contractor’s generated to net pay
• Recruitment briefings – at the agency’s office (Full details available upon request)

TCP currently offers services in The Netherlands (where we are wage tax withholding agents), Germany (where TCP GmbH holds an AUG licence), Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Spain, France (where we have an SARL), Luxembourg, Ireland and in the U.K.

 

In addition to the services that TCP provides in mainland Europe we provide the following in the U.K:
TCP Managed Services is a solution that is available to independent agency consultants or start up agencies where TCP provides a fully funded invoicing and payment service leaving the consultant to concentrate on making the placements.


TCP will hold a contract with the client, manage the invoicing and credit control and either payroll the agency’s contractors or contract with their UK Limited Companies. A management fee is deducted from the agency margin each month but TCP makes no charge to the contractor (unless on TCP’s payroll) thus not putting the contractor at a financial disadvantage as a consequence of working through TCP
